The Weeds and Rabbit Project Funding Guidelines available for interested parties.
Funding is available to conduct activities that are, “Systems strengthening approach to the management of established pest animals and weeds in Victoria.” Grants from $20,000 up to $ 200,000 (excluding GST) are available.
In selecting projects for the second round of funding, the selection panel will be considering projects that:
· are community-led and developed
· have enduring outcomes
· generate a ‘ripple’ effect across the system
· create opportunities for co-investment and build partnerships within and between communities
· are clear on what they will deliver.
Funding for on-ground works, employing government staff or capital purchases cannot be resourced by the project.
