NRM Report Card Survey

Yes, it is that time of the year again when we sit down and count all of the amazing work that you all do in your respective volunteer groups/networks. For those who are new to the Community Natural Resource Management (CNRM) space here is how the survey works:

The Goulburn Broken Catchment Management Authority (GBCMA) has produced an online survey for each community NRM group and/or network to fill in. This includes Conservation Management Networks, Landcare, Friends of groups, sustainable farming groups, pest animal control groups etc. The survey should take about 30min to complete.

We are collecting data on the 2014/15 year and open the survey now as it is hoped that the information that you need for the survey would have been reported at your individual AGMs.

The information gathered in the survey will assist the GB CMA to both sell the community NRM delivery story to investors, politicians etc. (Hopefully generate addition support $) and also tailor support services to assist our groups and networks to operate efficiently and effectively into the future.

As in previous years we will pay each group or network for their response, we have allocated $20,000 for this and will divide this figure by the number of responses received. We will not know the actual figure for each survey until the open period closes but over the past two to three years it has been approximately $280 – $320 each.

Once the survey closes on the 1st December 2015 an email will be sent to your nominated email with instruction how to receive payment.

To complete the survey simply follow the link above. Unfortunately it does not have the capacity to partially complete the survey (Save) so it will need to be started and finished in the one session.

Thank you in advance for you time and effort to complete this. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Tony Kubeil on 03 57 647 505.
