A Soil Science event open to all farmers and landholders, this is a great opportunity to engage and ask questions with the Soil Science Australia team and other soil professionals on site at a soil pit.
Topics will include:
– Soil profile descriptions
– Management considerations
– Understanding landscape process
– Practical session in soil texturing, pH, stability, structure and identifying soil constraints and soil layers/horizons
