Understand the seasonal outlook, local soil moisture conditions, and hear about what effect a summer El Nino will have on your farm. We are excited to welcome Agriculture Victoria experts Dale Boyd and Dale Grey, who will present on the current and forecast conditions for our region.
The morning’s session will be followed by a light lunch.

About the speakers:
Dale Boyd has worked with Agriculture Victoria for 24 years in areas of irrigated cropping, seasonal risk and monitoring soil moisture. Dale supports technology adoption including soil moisture probes in grazing and cropping systems.
Dale Grey has worked with Agriculture Victoria for 29 years in crop and pasture agronomy, climate and weather. He is well known for his Fast Break newsletters and Very Fast Break climate updates on YouTube in which he delivers easy to understand seasonal interpretations of climate models.
