Community Landcare and Agriculture Leadership Program 2017

Community Landcare & Agriculture Leadership Program

Are you interested in developing your personal leadership skills?

Gaining practical knowledge of innovative agribusiness and NRM practices?

Increasing your network of leaders in the ag and NRM fields?

The Goulburn Broken CMA in partnership with North East CMA, Alpine Valleys Community Leadership and Goulburn Murray Community Leadership programs are hosting an exciting seven-day leadership program for people involved in Landcare or working in agriculture.

The highly acclaimed program includes skills workshops in leadership, communication, community capacity building, leading change, decision making and networking. You will hear from high-profile guest speakers, and over a two-day field trip visit innovative entrepreneurial projects.

The course will be held in various locations across north east Victoria from late February to June 2017 (locations maybe altered depending on where participants come from). Program facilitators Chris Mirams and Dr Gary Saliba are well-respected in the agriculture and leadership communities.

The program is open to all ages and is a great opportunity for both those already in leadership positions and those thinking about getting more involved in their local community. No prior leadership experience is required.
